Introduction in data mining and process mining techniques in a fraud related context
This session is an introduction to data mining and process mining for persons without any background knowledge in these fields. What is data mining? What is the difference with data reporting? What is process mining? What data is needed for mining? After this session, attendees should be able to recognize opportunities and challenges that could be faced by using data and/or process mining techniques.
