Today's sophisticated fraudsters work 24 hours a day to defeat telecommunications networks.
It is estimated that fraud rates are growing at between 11% and 25% annually against an annual growth rate of the telephone industry of between 3% and 8%.
The need has never been greater to ensure fraud personnel are highly trained to deal with the increasing fraud risks. To be effective in preventing telecomms fraud, it is imperative that a company’s fraud detection and investigation techniques are up to the task.
